Prince Earns Third Consecutive Straw Poll Win at Central Caucus

January 18, 2025

Campaign Update from the Prince for Justice Team:

What an incredible day! Josh is so grateful for the overwhelming support shown at today’s State Committee Central Caucus meeting, where he won the straw poll with substantially more votes than any other judicial candidate.

This marks his third consecutive caucus straw poll win—a strong confirmation of the trust so many have placed in him to serve Pennsylvania, given his extensive, successful track record of holding the Government accountable to the law and Constitution. Last weekend, he won the straw polls at both the NECRA and Northeast caucuses.

Did you know that in just the past 6 years, Josh has litigated 13 cases just before the Commonwealth Court involving Government overreach and has already been successful in 10 of those cases, with two awaiting decisions? The one he lost? Likely to be overturned by the PA Supreme Court! That’s an unparalleled track record of holding the Government accountable, which Josh has spent his entire career doing.

With the East Coast snowstorm approaching and the Trump inauguration around the corner, Josh sincerely appreciates everyone who took time out of their weekend to come together in support of the election process. He also extends a special thank you to members of the PA GOP, including Riley and Evelyn, who were present today meeting the candidates.

Josh values the hard work and dedication of all the candidates running for office. He had the opportunity to meet Matthew L. Wolford, Esq., 63, from Erie County, his opponent for Commonwealth Court, who has over three decades of environmental law experience and has represented the Government and corporations in such matters. Running for office is no small task, and Josh respects everyone who is willing to step up and serve.

Thank you to those calling their State Committee members and sharing your support for Josh ahead of the Party endorsement vote on February 8—you are making a real difference!

Here’s how today’s Judicial straw poll results shaped up:

⚖️Superior Court
Wheatcraft: 50
Battista: 35
Patrick: 30

⚖️Commonwealth Court
Prince: 79
Wolford: 36

Josh is grateful for this strong show of support and is excited to continue the fight for Pennsylvania’s future.

Thank you for standing with him!
