Pickles, Sriracha… and a Little Answered Prayer!

We have been swooning over the fact that we have one healthy baby girl on the way, with a strong heartbeat! She is measuring right along schedule and we are so excited for our future! Thank you all for the prayers and all the support. We are truly blessed!

We are close to graduating from the IVF clinic and moving on to our OB who will oversee our case through the remainder of the pregnancy. Shady Grove Fertility usually graduates you between 8-10 weeks!

So far, she really likes pickles – sweet and spicy – and Sriracha sauce. What’s funny is that I HATE pickles and I don’t really do spicy. I’ve been wanting to douse everything with Sriracha sauce and when we had that scare, I had just pulled in the driveway to get Josh and he came out prepared with a jar of pickles for me, like it was my comfort food. He was so very right. It made me laugh and I ate them all and felt better after the ultrasound confirming our girl was ok. ❤️
