Today, the Prince for Justice campaign is formally submitting nomination petitions for Joshua Prince’s candidacy for Commonwealth Court to the Pennsylvania Department of State. This filing fulfills an essential requirement in the electoral process, ensuring that voters have the opportunity to choose who will be on the ballot as their Republican candidate in the May 20 primary election.

The filing requirement is a minimum of 1,000 petition signatures from registered Republican voters, including at least 100 from each of at least five counties. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of grassroots patriots across the Commonwealth, we are filing over 4,900 signatures today, with a supplementary filing tomorrow to accommodate additional petitions received over the weekend. The final count will be available after all petitions have been filed.

The number of signatures collected in such a short amount of time, despite opposition from members of the PA GOP, who instructed supporters that they could not circulate petitions for Josh nor permit him to speak at Party events, reflects the will of the people. The strength of the Prince for Justice campaign comes not from political insiders but from voters who believe in an independent judiciary and the integrity of the electoral process. When fairness and transparency were called into question during the endorsement process, voters took action, making their voices heard.

These tremendous petition efforts would not have been possible without the thousands of Pennsylvanians who took the time to participate—those who signed petitions to nominate Josh, as well as those who did the legwork to share information, organize signing events, gather signatures, and ensure petitions were delivered from every corner of the state. This is not easy work, yet their dedication to this process speaks volumes about the character and resolve of the people of Pennsylvania. It energizes the campaign.

To show appreciation, we are holding a contest on our Facebook page! This contest is open to all, and we encourage you to participate, share, and follow the campaign on Facebook.

Remember—this campaign is not about one election; it is about upholding the integrity of the judiciary and restoring faith in the systems that serve all Pennsylvanians. The rule of law depends on judges who administer justice fairly, without political pressure or bias. In the same spirit, it is the voters —not the deep state—who must decide who will represent them on the Commonwealth Court.
