Many voters don’t realize the role of the Commonwealth Court in deciding cases that set legal precedents, which influence statewide policies on civil rights, employment, law enforcement, businesses, schools, gun rights, taxes, election integrity, and more. Now is the time to get informed and understand how this process works.

Meet Josh Prince, candidate for Commonwealth Court. He is a defender of liberty who has spent his career holding government accountable and protecting your rights. Josh is committed to applying the law as written, interpreting it with impartiality, and upholding the Constitution—not legislating from the bench. Josh hopes to earn your vote on May 20th.

Come as you are! Learn how the Commonwealth Court shapes Pennsylvania’s future, and join the conversation—because justice belongs to all of us.
