Pennsylvania Sheriffs’ PAC Endorses Joshua Prince for Commonwealth Court

April 5, 2025

Bechtelsville, PA – Attorney Joshua Prince, candidate for Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, has received the official endorsement of the Pennsylvania Sheriffs’ Political Action Committee (PAC) following a committee vote held on March 31, 2025.

In a letter dated April 4, 2025, PAC President and Indiana County Sheriff Robert Fyock wrote: “Your candidacy was endorsed for your campaign for Commonwealth Court in Pennsylvania. We wish you the best in your upcoming election.”

The PAC is composed of six sitting sheriffs from across the Commonwealth—three Democrats and three Republicans—representing both rural and urban counties. It operates independently and is not affiliated with the Pennsylvania Sheriffs’ Association.

As part of the endorsement process, qualified candidates were evaluated upon several key areas including their judicial philosophy, interpretation of the Second Amendment, and personal history of obedience to and upholding of the law.

“I am honored to receive the support of the Pennsylvania Sheriffs’ PAC,” said Joshua Prince. “Sheriffs play an essential role in Pennsylvania’s justice system, serving our communities and upholding the law. I am grateful for their vote of confidence as I seek to serve the Commonwealth with integrity and fidelity to the law.”
